The John Martin party having some trouble lifting the huge 60+ pound king
landed by John. It was an encredible 30+ minute fight with some very hard runs.
Some were so long, John asked, "What do we do when we run out of line"? Of course
we didn't run out of line, but at one point the huge lady burned out nearly 500 yards of
YO-ZURI Hybrid line off the Calcutta 700 in his hand. It was quit a day with 4 Kings, 40
Mangrove Snapper, 12 Spanish Mackeral, and 2 Cobia. This is a once in a lifetime Trophy
and John is having the huge lady mounted. We had a great time fishing with you all and hope
you and Jack will return with your families and friends. Thank you for a great day on the Gulf
of Mexico. The Captain and 1st Mate got in on the pictures with this one.
