Mr. Robert Bolt and Son Brandon displaying a couple of nice Kingfish caught on their trip
on the Gulf of Mexico. Brandon's King fought from both sides of the boat, but he handeled it
well. We caught another King of about 35 pounds, but he didn't want to join the party. He came
to the boat down deep then turned and did a half circle, coming up to look at us on top. I guess
he didn't like what he saw because he tore out at break kneck speed, screaming the reel, and did
something I've never seen a King do. He Houndogged like a Sailfish for about 50 yards, then
made a sharp turn ran about another 50 yards and shook his head breaking the wire leader. It was
a nice day and we really enjoyed fishing with Robert and Brandon. We hope you all will return
soon, maybe later in the Kingfish season. Thank you for a nice day.
