To ensure you obtain your best choice of dates, please make reservations early!
We have provided a number of ways you can make reservations for your convenience. You may write us, phone us, E-Mail us, or even Page us. If you have a small party of two or three, and would like to share the trip, we will try to find another small party to divide the cost of the charter. Although we have one of the most comfortable fishing yachts on the West Coast of Florida, we have kept our prices the same as the other boats in the area, and lower than some. We are not afraid to advertise our prices. If you check you will find some the same, and others much higher with less to offer. We would like to make it possible for everyone to have an adventure on The Happy Hooker One. Although we provide a large, comfortable, Sportfish vessel for you, we still charge the same prices as the smaller vessels.

A deposit of $200.00 (Check or Credit Card Number) is needed to hold date.
Checks must be received 14 days before trip.
Mates tip is not included... 15 - 20% is customary on all charters.
Includes up to six persons, License, Tackle, and in fact everything except what you wish to eat or drink.

Our return policy:
If you need to cancel your Charter for whatever reason and do so 14 days prior to your departure date, we will refund your deposit in full. However, if you cancel within that 14 day period, your deposit may be lost unless we are able to book that date with another party. If the Captain cancels because of inclement weather, we will try to set another date for you at your convenience , or refund your deposit in full.

For your safety, please do not bring any glass containers aboard.
We have a ZERO TOLERANCE for illegal drugs. If we find ANY illegal drugs have been brought aboard, we will notify the Coast Guard immediately. We guarantee your Captain and Mates will be completely sober at all times and will not accept a beer or any other form of intoxication at any time on our charters.
